Forensic Pathology Fellowship Application

Requirements

Applicants must hold an MD degree, DO degree (or foreign equivalent with ECFMG certification), be board eligible or board certified in anatomic pathology, and be eligible for a Utah State medical license.

J-1 Visa

The J-1 visa is the required visa for international trainees. This policy is governed by the University of Utah Office of Graduate Medical Education and applies to all Department of Pathology fellowships, regardless of program accreditation or associated degree type.

Application Materials

The program is accepting applications for a position that will begin July 1, 2025. Interested candidates should submit cover letter with personal statement, curriculum vitae, CAP Standardized Fellowship Application, and three letters of recommendation (one of which should be from current/most recent program director) to Fellowship Coordinator Anna Bond abond@utah.gov.
